We stand behind our products at JOOSH. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange.
For refund requests, you are eligible to receive:
- Seal intact and product not used or damaged – full refund (minus any shipping costs)
- Seal broken with at least half the product remaining - 50% refund (minus any shipping costs)
Please submit your refund or exchange request to orders@myjoosh.com with your order number and reason for return. Once accepted, we will provide you with return instructions.
We will also update you via email once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
NOTE: Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred when shipping a product back to us. JOOSH is not responsible for lost or missing packages. We highly recommend maintaining a record of your tracking information and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
