Shipping within the United States is free if you spend over $50. Our shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order. The shipping cost is $5 for purchases weighing 1 lb, $6 for 2 lbs, $7 for 3 lbs, $8 for 4 lbs, and $8.50 for purchases weighing above 4 lbs. We use FedEx for our shipping.

Your order will ship within 2 business days of order placement. Orders do not ship on a Saturday or Sunday. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipments 

International shipping is based on weight and destination and can take 1 to 5 weeks depending on location.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely in each country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If the package is held by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to JOOSH, we regret we cannot issue a refund. If we receive a package back after it has been held and the products are in perfect, unused condition, we will credit you the product cost (minus the shipping charges) back to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Please note: We do not ship to countries on the OFAC sanctions list which can be found on the U.S. Department of Treasury website.
